I really can't say enough about Veloura Caywood. Jamie introduced her to me and all I have is one album but it sincerely blows my mind each time I listen to it. She's clever, worldly, coquettish, sly, symphonic and tender all at once. And she plays all kinds of music. Well.
This clip is long, so don't feel like you have to watch it. Just load it and listen. The second song is genius. And the Nirvana-esque "Pooped a Worm" rivals Cobain.
To me, this is the quintessential lo-fi. And that's why it's my fave.
